Terms of Sale

These terms govern the purchase of goods on the website www.estadesign.ee.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Sale apply to all customers using the website www.estadesign.ee.
1.2. The seller has the right to change the terms and prices without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
1.3. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
1.4. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Prices and placing an order

2.1. Product prices are shown on the website and may change as part of campaigns or other marketing activities.
2.2. When placing an order, the buyer must provide correct details: name, delivery address, phone number and email address. The seller is not liable for errors made by the buyer.
2.3. After placing an order, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by email. If no confirmation is received, the buyer must contact the seller.
2.4. The sales contract enters into force when the payment is received in the seller’s account.
2.5. The order is considered confirmed once the seller has sent a notice of acceptance of the order.

3. Payment methods

3.1. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, electronic payments or other methods available on the website. Payments are processed by the trusted payment service provider Maksekeskus AS.
3.2. Payment must be made in euros (EUR).
3.3. For bank transfers, the order number must be included in the payment description.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
4.2. The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and are shown when placing the order.
4.4. The seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
4.5. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the goods. If the packaging is damaged, a damage report must be drawn up and the seller notified.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
5.2. Opening the packaging to inspect the product is not considered use of the goods and does not cancel the right of return.
5.3. Returned goods must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.
5.4. To return goods, please send a request to info@estadesign.ee.
5.5. The seller will refund the price of the goods and the original delivery costs, except where the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by the seller.
5.6. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to defective goods.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.2. The refund is made to the same account from which the payment was received.

7. Warranty

7.1. The goods are covered by a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
7.3. In the event of a defect, the buyer must notify the seller by email at info@estadesign.ee.

8. Liability of the parties

8.1. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the goods.
8.2. The seller is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. The seller undertakes to protect the buyer’s personal data and to use it only to fulfil the order.
9.2. The buyer’s personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in an Estonian court.

11. Force majeure

11.1. The seller is not liable for delays or damage caused by force majeure.

12. Final provisions

12.1. These Terms of Sale have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
12.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they agree to these terms.
