product care
Why is care important?
Solid wood furniture is a natural product – every table, shelf or bed is unique. Wood breathes and reacts to humidity and temperature. Proper care keeps your furniture beautiful and durable for decades.
Installation and room conditions
- Place the furniture in a dry room with a stable indoor climate (humidity 40–60%).
- Do not place the product near heat sources, radiators, fireplaces or heat pumps.
- Avoid very humid rooms (saunas, bathrooms, garages).
Everyday care
- Wipe off dust and dirt with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive products or cleaning agents containing ammonia.
- Small stains can be removed with a slightly damp cloth or a special wood cleaner.
Refreshing the surface
- We recommend treating oil-finished furniture with oil every 6–12 months.
- Before oiling, the surface can be lightly sanded to restore its smoothness.
Wood is a living material
- Small cracks, differences in shade or changes in dimensions are completely natural.
- Wood may swell when humidity rises and shrink in drier conditions.
- These changes do not affect the strength or reliability of the furniture.
