1. Free Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

3. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
